       Title Deed(Registry)/Mortgage Deed/ Patta/ Sale deed/Allotment letter/ Court order/ In rural ares, the certificate issued by Revenue authorities.
    3.Self deceleration for Single Phase connection as per Form-I and Form-II for Three phase connection.
    4.Affidavit on Rs 50 Non-judicial stamp by owner.
    5.Affidavit on Rs 50 Non-judicial stamp by tenant if owner gives the consent.
    6.Indemnity Bond on Rs 500 Non-judicial stamp by occupier or Tenant if owner consent is not there.
